Giving guests the power to fine-tune their reservation's timing and table means giving them many filters.
However, the original design presented too many filter controls, and many were unclear about what they affected.
Diners don’t know where to start or even look.

Through close collaboration with the Product and Engineering leads, we identified what filters to deprioritize and designed controls that made finding the right table at the right time simple.
