Creating TV and movies requires thousands of people on the same page. The Apple Travel team tapped me to lead a blue sky initiative to create a portal for the Apple-contracted TV/ film production studios, allowing them to reference the contract details quickly, access Apple-unique travel deals, and track the travel itineraries of the production's talent and crew.

Through the discovery calls, I found that while the initial request of surfacing contract details was the quick win Apple wanted.
But the big win was Itinerary Management. I worked closely with the Apple Travel team to understand their current process and discover their ideal itinerary process.
